Standard Order & Production Procedures
- All order requests must be submitted in writing via email
- Quote requests are responded to within 1 business day
- Order confirmations are sent within 48 hours of receipt — if you don't receive one, please follow up
- Where possible, provide a hard copy sample or clear scan of your barcode and artwork when placing an order
- For colour matching, provide a Pantone, CMYK, or RGB colour code
- Card products are printed digitally — exact Pantone colour matches cannot be guaranteed
- PDF or physical proofs are provided for all card products, and available on request for other orders
- Proofs are sent within 48 hours of order confirmation
- Production cannot begin until written proof approval is received
- Standard label turnaround: 5–7 business days
- Standard card turnaround: 10–12 business days
Barcode Testing & Verification
All orders containing barcodes are verified using our in-house barcode verification equipment — at the start, end, and regular intervals throughout the production run. We maintain a minimum ANSI grade “B” across all production runs. Verification reports are available upon request.
