At Dynamic Imaging Solutions Inc. we stand behind everything we produce. If an order is incorrect or doesn't meet the agreed specifications due to an error on our part, we will rerun it at no charge — no questions asked.
Custom Printed Products
All custom printed labels, cards, and documents are produced to your approved specifications. We strongly recommend requesting a proof before production on new or modified orders. Returns are accepted on custom printed products only where the error is attributable to DIS.
Hardware Returns
Barcode scanners, printers, and other hardware may be returned in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. A 15% restocking fee applies. If your hardware develops a fault within the manufacturer's warranty period, we can coordinate the repair or replacement on your behalf — just follow the RMA process below.
RMA Process (Hardware Warranty Returns)
- Contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and form
- Products must be shipped freight prepaid and insured — collect shipments will not be accepted
- RMA numbers are valid for 15 days
- The RMA number must be clearly marked on all packages and shipping documents
- Use original product packaging where possible to prevent shipping damage
